A. Each time you make a transfer or pay a bill you will receive a confirmation SMS Text Message to your device.
A. If you do not receive a SMS text message that the transaction was successful, check your account and re-submit any transactions that you did not process.
A. No, you can only make payments to payees that are setup through our traditional internet banking bill pay service.
A. Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, your account information cannot be stolen.
A. Provided your phone number and service provider stay the same, no changes are necessary. However, should there be any changes to your phone number or service provider, you will need to log into internet banking, click on "Options", and click on "Mobile" to update your phone number and service provider.
A. Yes, you can use any device to access your account. Keep in mind, any text messages will be sent to the mobile device that was setup at enrollment.
Remote Deposit Anywhere
A. It is generally our policy to make funds available on the next business day. Depending on the dollar amount and type of check being deposited, though, funds through mobile deposit may not be available until the 3rd business day after the business day of deposit. If you need the funds sooner, you should take the deposit to a local office.
Q. Is there a cut-off time for making a mobile deposit?
A. Deposits made after 2:30 pm on a business day we are open are considered received on the next business day.
Q. How should I endorse my mobile deposit check(s)?
A. The box indicating “mobile deposit” must be checked and each mobile deposit check must be endorsed "For Mobile Deposit First National Bank of Dennison" along with your signature. Without proper endorsement, the mobile deposit will be rejected.
Q. Should I shred my check after depositing it?
A. You should retain the original deposited check(s) until you confirm it has been deposited to your account. Once confirmed, you may securely dispose of the original item.
